There are two ways to become an RN in Indiana. Students may earn an Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) in a two-year RN program, or they have the option of completing a four-year program to earn their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

RN Programs in Indiana

RN programs all have specific admission requirements. Some RN programs require that students are first admitted to the college and that they complete a certain number of credit hours and maintain an adequate GPA while doing this. Other RN programs are not as selective in accepting students. Applicants are urged to apply around one year before they hope to begin classes.
