Walter and Louise Sutcliffe Scholarship
The Bloomfield College Foundation offers the Walter and Louise Sutcliffe Scholarship to provide financial support to nursing students. It was established in 1994 by the Walter and Louise Sutcliffe Foundation.
Founded in 1868, Bloomfield College prepares students for academic, personal and professional success in a multicultural, global society. Walter and Marie Schmidt Scholarship

Washington State Health Professionals Scholarship Program
This scholarship is made available to help fill health provider service gaps. It is available to students seeking education in the nursing field as a licensed nurse, nursing faculty, nurse practitioner or as a midwife.

Watson Nursing Scholarship
The Oregon Student Access Commission (OSAC) offers the Watson Nursing Scholarship to encourage Oregon students to become nurses. The OSAC was established in 1959 by the Oregon legislature to ensure Oregon students access to postsecondary education. The eligible candidate must be enrolled at an accredited college, university or school of nursing, pursuing an undergraduate or graduate nursing degree. Preference is given to graduates of Jackson or Josephine high schools and to students attending Oregon Health & Science University.

Western Connecticut State University offers the WestConn at Waterbury Nursing Scholarship to students pursuing careers in nursing. Western Institute of Nursing (WIN) Grant
The Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing offers the Western Institute of Nursing (WIN) Grant to encourage nurses to participate in nursing research. Funding for this grant is provided by the Western Institute of Nursing and Sigma Theta Tau. The eligible candidate must be a registered nurse with a Master of Science in Nursing degree or enrolled in a doctoral program. The candidate must also have a research project ready for implementation that can be completed within one year. Workforce Shortage Student Assistance Grant Program
