UHS Hospitals Nursing Scholarship
The State University of New York at Binghamton offers the UHS Hospitals Nursing Scholarship to support minority and immigrant students who wish to pursue nursing careers.

The eligible candidate must be a minority or immigrant who is a U.S. citizen, must reside in Broome, Chenango, Delaware, or Tioga County, N.Y., or in Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania, and must have a GPA of at least 3.0, with plans to attend the Decker School of Nursing full-time.

University Health Systems Health Careers Academic Loan Program

Vidant Health, or University Health Systems of Eastern Carolina, provides nursing students with help funding their nursing education.  Whether you are pursuing an Associate’s degree, a diploma or entered in to a BSN program, you may qualify for this funding.

Eligibility includes a grade point average of 2.75, a resident of North Carolina (at least 5 years) and must have already completed levels I and II of the anatomy and physiology course.

Deadline: February 15, September 15 or June 30 (dependent on program)

University of Alabama School of Nursing Scholarships

The school of nursing has 59 scholarships available to offer their nursing students.   If you do not qualify for one of these scholarships there are still other opportunities for you to find financial assistance with your nursing education.
