Once admitted, students have to maintain a GPA of at least 2.0 and a grade of at least C in every nursing course and required sciences.

To apply, students need to submit the graduate admission application, two recommendations letters and all college transcripts.

Post-Master Certificates

The Education Specialist Track

This program will prepare students to become advanced practice nurse educators for families, hospital patients, healthcare consumers, and communities. They will also acquire the ability and the knowledge to evaluate and use the effectiveness of instructional methods, curriculum theories, learning theories and teaching theories to teach in different educational, hospital and community settings.

The Family Nurse Practitioner Track

This program will prepare students for national certification by a national credentialing center. It will also help students apply for the State Board of Nursing, so they can practice nursing in the real world.

Special Programs
