What is now California College of San Diego began as Scottsdale Education Center in 1971.  After various ownership and name changes, California College of San Diego became part of the California College, Inc. family in 2003, which also includes several colleges in Utah, Idaho, Colorado, Arizona and Wyoming.  The college offers bachelor’s and master’s degree programs in the fields of business, health care, graphic design, and information technology.
