Seton Hall University offers an online Master’s of Science Degree in Nursing with two specializations—Nurse Practitioner and Health Systems Administration. The Health Systems Administration degree combines clinical nursing with training in business administration to produce knowledgeable leaders capable of leading in various healthcare settings. Graduates of these programs have served in a variety of settings both domestic and abroad. The Health Systems Administration program satisfies the requirements for the American Nurses Association’s Advanced Nursing Administration Certificate.

The online Nurse Practitioner program can be further specialized to Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Adult Nurse Practitioner and Gerontological Nurse Practitioner. Nursing Theory, Forces in Health Care, Nursing Research, Clinical Pharmacology, and Advanced Pathophysiology are required courses for the program.
